1. Provider
The ORA waitlist is provided by Daniel Waclawczyk, trading as Focussed, Neuendickstraße 4B, 47475 Kamp-Lintfort, Germany.
2. Purpose of the waitlist
The waitlist allows you to receive information about ORA’s development and launch. Joining is free and does not create a purchase, reservation or delivery contract. It does not require you to buy ORA later.
3. Registration
A valid email address and confirmation through the double-opt-in email are required. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may reject or remove registrations created through misuse, automated submissions or invalid addresses.
4. 40% launch discount
After confirming your registration, you are eligible for a discount of 40% on ORA’s regular sales price at the time of redemption. The discount is valid for six months from the official ORA launch date communicated by Focussed.
The discount is transferable to another person. Unless the launch communication expressly states otherwise, it may be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. Instructions for redemption will be sent to the registered email address.
5. Launch and availability
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a particular launch date, product quantity or delivery date. Any later purchase will be governed by the terms and consumer information displayed when the order is placed.
6. Changes and discontinuation
We may make reasonable changes to the waitlist process where necessary for technical, legal or security reasons, provided the core 40% discount and its six-month validity are not reduced for confirmed participants. If ORA is not launched, no discount or cash claim arises.

8. Applicable law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence.
