When you visit this website, technical data required to deliver and secure the site may be processed. This can include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser and device information, referrer information, and security or error logs.

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify processes technical access data to deliver and secure the website. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement sets out its processing obligations and safeguards for international transfers.

4. ORA waitlist and emails
If you join the ORA waitlist, we process your email address, consent and confirmation status, registration time, acquisition source and technical email-delivery events. The purpose is to confirm your registration, manage the waitlist, send relevant ORA launch updates and provide the promised launch discount.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We use double opt-in: your subscription becomes active only after you confirm the link sent to your email address. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. beehiiv
We use beehiiv Inc., 228 Park Avenue #2329976, New York, NY 10003, USA, to manage subscribers and send confirmation, welcome and launch emails. The signup form is loaded from beehiiv only after you choose to continue to signup. Loading it sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to beehiiv. Information you enter into the form is submitted directly to beehiiv, rather than through a signup endpoint hosted by Focussed. Processing in the United States may occur. We rely on the contractual safeguards agreed with the provider, including its Data Protection Addendum and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Previously collected backup data
Before the hosting migration, email addresses and recorded consent were also stored in a protected backup database on ChatGPT Sites, provided by OpenAI. Existing backup records remain restricted to the website operator and are subject to the retention rules below. The new Netlify website does not add registrations to that database; new registrations are managed in beehiiv.

7. Contact by email
If you contact us, we process your email address, message and related communication data in order to respond. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries. Email is provided through Google Workspace. Google may process data on our behalf and, depending on the service configuration, outside the EEA subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Cookies and analytics
We do not include advertising trackers or a separate marketing analytics service on this website. The beehiiv signup form is not loaded until you choose to open it; once loaded, beehiiv may use its own storage and security mechanisms as described in its privacy policy. Technically necessary storage or security mechanisms may be used where required to provide the service. If we introduce optional tracking in the future, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Confirmed waitlist data is kept until you withdraw consent, the waitlist and related launch communication have ended, or the data is no longer needed. Unconfirmed entries and operational logs are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer required for confirmation, security or proof of consent. Data that must be preserved to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be restricted until the relevant limitation period expires.
10. Your rights
Subject to the applicable requirements, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. No automated decisions
We do not use the data collected through this website for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this privacy policy when our website, providers or legal requirements change. The version shown here is the current version.
